Canva Support

I can honestly say that I have not needed help from support in my experiences with Canva. Everything seems to work seamlessly with Canva. You can contact support via the support tab if you need, it will take you to a help centre. Canva’s Help Center is there to provide support, tips and troubleshooting.

It is one of the best Help Centers I have ever seen, you type your issue in a search bar, or select an option from the tabs available. When you select an option, you will be taken to a page with various links with information to resolve your problem. It is a very comprehensive troubleshooting help center, but you can still contact support if you can’t find what you need to resolve your issue.

Canva – Free Version vs Paid Version.

Canva is one of the best free graphic design programs around. The free version is fine to start with, and I suggest you start with the free version. The upgrade to pro does have more features and options available but get used to the platform first and see if you need the pro features. You can still produce top quality professional-looking graphics with the free version.

I started with the free version but upgraded fairly quickly because I reckon it is a great value.

Canva Pro has two pricing options: Annual Billing: $9.95 /user/month billed annually as a payment of $119.40 /user/year, or, Monthly Billing: $12.95 /user/month which is billed monthly.

My Verdict on Canva

Two thumbs upI reckon Canva is one of the best Free Graphic Design Programs around but don’t take my word for it try it out with a free Canva account if you like it and want more upgrade to pro. I use it daily to help me with my affiliate marketing; all the graphics in this post have been done with Canva.

I honestly can’t say anything bad about Canva, in fact, I love it, and for just under $10 buck a month for the annual pro subscription I reckon it is a bargain. Canva gives you the ability to make professional graphic quickly. I use it all the time and would be lost without it, once you try it you will wonder what you ever did without it.

If you have been looking for free graphic design programs, try Canva it is the best. I give it two BIG thumbs up, now click the banner and get your free account, what are you waiting for it’s FREE.

Fair Dinkum mate give Canva a go, you won’t go wrong with Canva.
